Is it really free?
Yes. Building the website, hosting it, looking after it and setting it up for Google are all free. The only cost is your own web address, which you own and renew yourself (usually a small yearly fee).
Do we need to be registered with the ACNC?
It helps, and it’s the quickest way for us to check you. Not registered yet, or a small community group? Apply anyway and tell us about yourselves. We’ll talk it through.
Can people donate through the website?
We add a clear Donate button that links to your existing donation page. We don’t take money through the website.
Can you build bookings or member logins?
Bigger systems like bookings or member logins aren’t part of the free offer by default, but ask us. We look at it case by case.
What if you ever stop the program?
You’d get at least 60 days’ notice and all your website files, so your site can keep going. See our terms.
